Richard Cox
Richard Cox has been weaving since 1973. After taking a weaving class as part of his undergraduate degree program, he fell in love with art and in 1978 graduate with a MFA degree in fibers from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. His work has been exhibited in galleries all over the U.S. Richard's hobby has now become his livelihood since the opening of Weaver's Cottage. All of Richard's weavings are unique, and he likes to experiment with different threads and colors. He is also available for custom work, so feel free to contact him if you would like a weaving created expecially for you.
